The purposes for which ACCA Dayton is organized are as follows:
To foster the business of the Contractors of this Association.
To reform abuses relative thereto.
To secure freedom from unjust or unlawful action.
To secure equitable treatment for its members in their dealing with manufacturers
and dealers in supplies.
To seek uniformity and certainty in the customer and usages of the trade.
To settle differences between members.
To promote a free intercourse between the Contractors of the Association
through an interchange of thought and to bring together for the benefit
of its members the best talent and results of experience and ability of
all.
To prevent unjust and unreasonable discrimination against any of its members.
In general, to foster, promote, advance and better the conditions, business
interests and trade of the members of the Association.
ACCA Dayton contractors are committed to maintain the highest
standards of business practices such as:
Give an honest and fair price on labor and materials.
Secure permits and get inspections from the ruling jurisdiction.
Develop and maintain a competent work force.
Use only the highest and most ethical standards of advertising.
In essence, each Association member is expected to help create
a positive image of ACCA Dayton so that the consumer will have
the utmost confidence when selecting a contractor that displays
the ACCA Dayton logo.
